Neck pain & Piriformis syndrome treatment Lieve & Rudy
Lieve suffered from dizziness, headaches and tingling all over her body. She had also undergone several neck surgeries. Her left hip was completely stuck, leading to a lot of pain and quitting her profession. She has tried many different treatments, but they were not effective. She was also strongly advised against getting cracked by specialists.
Rudy is a patient with Piriformis syndrome, which is a stabbing pain in the buttock region. He mentioned that he had already had 52 physical therapy sessions, with little to no results. He was no longer able to ride a bicycle. After the first treatment with us, Rudy immediately felt that his legs felt lighter when he went home.
What treatment helped them move forward?
We did extensive research into the cause of their symptoms. We did several pre- and post-tests, which revealed that their skull was misaligned with their body. This meant that their head was not anatomically correctly aligned on their body. There was constant biomechanical pressure leading to radiating pain and herniated discs. After a minor correction to their necks, Rudy and Lieve noticed a lot of improvement and felt in control of their bodies again. Rudy should be corrected at most once a year. However, due to Lieve's previous surgeries, we have to correct her again occasionally.
